  It recalls the read emails also. But it leaves a message in the recalled thread.

• How Contacts from my Mail app integrate with contacts in CRM? I would prefer to have the option of one set of contacts as opposed to multiple lists.

  The contacts in Zoho Mail need not be just your business contacts. It can range from anything. However in CRM the contacts will be your customers or potential customers/ leads whom you need to nurture. Hence they are maintained separately by both the apps. They integrate in many ways. When you compose an email in Zoho Mail, your CRM contacts are also listed. Similarly you can add a contact from an incoming email to CRM as lead or just a contact.

• Can I see my entire Inbox in CRM or do I need to monitor my Mail inbox for non-crm record emails?

  Certainly you can see all the emails that you receive in your mailbox. It will display all the emails other than just the emails from Leads, contact etc.

• Can my Outlook get tied together with Zoho CRM to act similarly?

  You can configure your Gmail within Zoho CRM using the Mail add-on to track the emails within the Leads section.
