Authentication Failure
To ensure seamless authentication, OAuth credentials and API keys must be properly maintained. If these credentials are no longer valid, any attempt to create a payment session using them will fail. This may occur due to modifications in your credentials or security settings in Zoho Payments.
Reasons for authentication failure:
- OAuth credentials have expired or been revoked.
- API keys have been regenerated.
To resolve this, a current Admin or the Account Owner must generate new OAuth credentials. If the API key has been regenerated, ensure to use the new key for API authentication. After updating, you can create payment sessions.
If you’re facing any authentication errors, refer to the error messages to identify and resolve the issue.
