Overview - Mandates
Zoho Payments enables businesses to collect recurring payments securely and automatically through UPI mandates. A mandate is a one-time authorisation from the customer that sets up autopay for recurring transactions, such as subscriptions, EMIs, or other scheduled bills. Once approved, businesses can collect future payments after notifying the customer. To learn more about implementing mandates, refer to the Mandates API documentation.
Insight: Customers can pause or cancel their mandate at any time using their UPI app.
