My user is not able to view the option to add bank account details to the vendor. What should I do?
Only the user with required permission is allowed to configure bank details for a vendor. To enable this permission for your user role to add bank details:
- Go to Settings on the top right corner of the page.
- Select Roles under Users & Roles.
- Choose the role for which the option needs to be enabled and click Edit.
- In the Contacts section, enable the option Allow users to add, edit and delete vendor’s bank account details to grant necessary access.
- Click Save.
Now, the user will be able to add the bank account details of the vendor.
