1. How do I enroll for a Zoho CRM training session?

2. What is the Zoho CRM Training Program all about?

From visiting a new city, entering a new workplace, or learning new software, new experiences are certainly exciting, but can be equally puzzling. If you’ve just purchased Zoho CRM and are wondering “what's next?” this training program is for you.

The Zoho CRM Training Program is designed to offer our customers a dedicated platform to learn directly from specialists on how to leverage Zoho CRM to the fullest extent. The courses in this program cater to different sets of users categorized based on their role within an organization: sales representatives, sales managers, developers, and CRM administrators.

All courses are structured, led by dedicated trainers, and are designed for quality, hands-on learning. By the end of the training course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to implement all of the capabilities of Zoho CRM for your organization.

We encourage you to consider attending this program so that the fog clears. We want you to feel confident in the investment you’ve made in a system that addresses the sales and marketing challenges within your company.

3. What are the courses offered in this training program?

5. Are there qualifications or prerequisites required to attend the training?

You don't need any qualifications to attend the training. Though it's not mandatory to have a Zoho CRM subscription, we encourage you to have one while attending the course.

This will be the case for all courses except for developer training.

Our Developer training is applicable to people with the following skill set: Handling HTTP requests and responses, Java or Python programming, web application development using the above frameworks, Deluge Scripting, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, fair understanding of mobile application development.

6. What is classroom training?
The Zoho CRM Classroom Training is a 3-day instructor-led program, which aims to enable CRM Admins to set up and run their organization account efficiently. In this training, we'll take you through the basics of setting up an account on Day 1, to more advanced features such as automation, process management, and module customization towards Day 3. This training is highly recommended, as it includes hands-on sessions, technical demonstrations, and more. You'll also receive participation certificates and learning materials by the end of the training.

Note: Classroom training follows a specific course outline and will not be personalized.

7. What should I bring to the training?
Trainees are required to bring their laptop and charger to the session, as there will be hands-on exercises.
8. Does the training cost include implementation?
No, implementation of the customer's CRM solution will not be a part of classroom training.
9. Will the training be tailored to my organization?
No, the classroom training is not exclusive to any single organization or industry. The scenarios, demonstrations, and examples shown as part of training are specific and not tailored to any individual organization's preference.
10. Can I reschedule my registration?
Yes, you may reschedule a course that you have signed up for.

Please note that you can only reschedule registered courses as a whole, and not in parts. For example, if a trainee has registered for June 4, 5, and 6, they cannot attend the sessions on June 4 and 5, and reschedule the session on June 6 for a different date.

11. Will I be charged if I need to reschedule my registration?
Rescheduling requests received up to two weeks before the start of a course will be honoured without any additional charges. Please note that rescheduling request will not be honoured if switching to a different mode of training (ex. from classroom to online), or switching to another course-category (ex. from admin to user or manager).
12. Can I pay for just one day of this 3-day classroom training?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not have a provision where you can register for just one day of training. There's no "per day" charge. The program is designed to be one unit, in which we take a user through the basics of setting up their account on Day 1, to more advanced features such as process management and module customization towards Day 3.
13. Why should I pay for this classroom training program? What does the course fee involve?

These include videos, documents, and PDFs on various CRM topics.

That said, the value in classroom training programs is that these are instructor-led, structured, and are tailored to help administrators configure and run their Zoho CRM account efficiently. Product experts from Zoho will visit your city and train you for 3 full days— which calls for dedicated efforts. You'll have the opportunity to work on the product under the guidance of the instructors, and clarify any questions you may have with them directly in person. Instructors will introduce new concepts, run demonstrations, and hold classroom discussions around each session. Additionally, this includes great food and refreshments on all three days!

14. My payment hasn't gone through. What should I do?
If your payment hasn't gone through after registration, please get in touch with training@zohocrm.com with the following details:
  • A screenshot of the payment error that you received.
  • A request for generating an offline invoice attaching details as applicable to your country.
15. How do cancellations work? Will I get a full refund on my booking?
You may cancel your booking at any time. You will get a full refund on the cancellation of your booking if you cancel at least 7 days before the event date. Last minute cancellations are not encouraged and refunds for any requests less than 7 days from the event date will be handled on an ad-hoc basis.
16. Can I bring along a colleague to attend just one day or one session?
No. The classroom training is a closed event. Entry is restricted to participants who have received a confirmation on their registration for this training.
17. Does this program certify me as an Administrator?
No. We do not certify participants of this training as an Administrator at this time. Administrator Certification entails a system for evaluation, which is currently in the works. We will make an announcement on our website when the Certification Program for Administrators is launched. Currently, you will receive a participation certificate on the completion of the 3-day training course.

We host classroom training sessions year-round in cities across the world.
