2. As a free edition user, do I get email, chat, and call support? +-

Only basic support is available to all free edition users. You can email us with your questions, raise a support request in your portal, or submit a forum post to get help from the support community. You can also read through support articles in the knowledge base and learn to use different features via our collection of "how-to" videos.

Call and chat support is available to customers with a paid subscription of Zoho Creator.

3. I use the paid edition. Can I call, or request a support call whenever I require product assistance? call? +-

You can call us any time between 9 am to 5 pm on business days, and we'll be glad to help you out. However, if you're looking for around-the-clock service, we recommend getting premium or enterprise support.

4. Will an onboarding specialist implement Zoho Creator for our company? +-

Although one of our onboarding specialists may offer you contextual guidance through your setup process, they won't implement Zoho Creator for you. They can identify the best ways to align the product to your specific needs, demonstrate features, offer suggestions, and teach best practices.

5. How does onboarding assistance work? +-

Onboarding assistance is active for 120 days from the date of first purchase. You can reach us via chat, phone, or email to use our onboarding services.

Note: First response time SLAs are not applicable for onboarding assistance.

6. What can I expect by the end of the onboarding period? +-

By the end of the onboarding period, you should be:

  • Able to perform essential administrative tasks to set up Zoho Creator for your business
  • Familiar with Zoho Creator's user interface and key features
7. Once my onboarding period ends, will I stop receiving support for Zoho Creator?+-

Your eligibility for product support is not affected by the validity of your onboarding assistance, and you'll be able to use all forms of support—email, phone, and chat—as long as you're a paid customer of Zoho Creator.

Your access to the knowledge base, community forums and self-service portal are also not influenced by the onboarding period.

8. What is remote assistance? +-

If you're having trouble using Zoho Creator, remote assistance allows you to share your screen temporarily with our trusted support representatives so that they can work with you remotely to help you out.
