Manage email notification template

To manage email notifications templates:
  1. Click on the Email notifications option in the Customer portal page.

  2. The From/To email address can be selected from the drop down list. To add new email address, click on the Add Email address.

    In the pop up that appears, enter the email address and click Add.

  3. To edit the invitation template, hover the mouse over the invitation template option. Click on the Edit button that appears adjacent to it.

    The Invitation template dialog will appear. Make the necessary changes to the invitation template. Then click Save icon found on the top right corner.

     

  4. To edit the password reset template, hover the mouse over the password reset template option. Click on the Edit button that appear adjacent to it.

    The password reset template dialog will appear. Make the necessary changes to the password reset template. then click  Save icon found on the top right corner.
