  • What is the difference between Internal network and external network?

    An internal network is exclusively for employees of the organization- a common space for all the employees to collaborate and get work done. External networks also come with the same set of features as the internal, but you can add your partners, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders and work together with them.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer for yearly subscriptions. For more details, please contact sales@zohocorp.com.

  • How long are your contracts?

    Zoho Connect is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly), so you can make changes to your plan whenever you need to.

  • How can I upgrade if my team size grows?

    You can upgrade anytime you like by going to the subscriptions page. To access the page, click the profile picture thumbnail in the top-right corner of your Zoho Connect page, and click Subscriptions. In the new page, you can select a plan that suits your requirements and make the payment to upgrade.

  • Can I downgrade to the free plan anytime?

    Yes, you can downgrade to the free plan anytime by going to the Subscriptions page. To access the page, click the profile picture thumbnail in the top-right corner of your Zoho Connect page, and click Subscriptions. In the new page, you can select the free plan to make the change.

  • Does Zoho Connect support multiple languages?

  • What is File storage space and what does it constitute of?

    Zoho Connect has a files app that lets you create and upload documents, from your system or from the cloud. The file storage space is inclusive of the files created or uploaded to the files app and the files added as attachments in posts across your Zoho Connect network. Contact us for more details on increasing the file storage space for your network.

  • Is my data safe?
