I'm on Free plan. How many users can I invite into my network?
Zoho Connect lets you add as many users as you want to, irrespective of your plan. You can add any number of users in a free plan, in both, internal and external networks.
Is the pricing for Enterprise per user?
The pricing for Zoho Connect is on a per network basis. When you select an enterprise plan, the pricing mentioned there is for the network you will be creating. There are two kinds of network you can create:
I have purchased Enterprise plan for my internal network. Will the external networks created be in Enterprise version?
The pricing is on a per network basis. So, if you purchase an enterprise plan for your internal network, it is applicable only for your internal network. When you create an external network, it is automatically created as a free version. You can upgrade it to the enterprise edition, anytime you want to.
How may internal and external networks can I create in Zoho Connect?
Whether you are on the free plan, or the enterprise plan, Zoho Connect lets you create one internal network. However, there is no limit to the external networks that you can create in both the plans.
How to increase the custom apps record limit?
For free plans, the custom app record limit is 1000 records, and for enterprise plans, the custom app record limit is 10,000 records.

How to increase the storage space?
Additional storage space can be purchased as add-ons.
For free plans, the storage capacity limit is 5GB (shared document storage), and for enterprise plans, the storage capacity is 100 GB (shared document storage).

The Custom App is limited to 5 Apps in Free Plan. How can this limit be increased?
Zoho Connect lets you build your own app with a very friendly drag-and-drop interface. The custom app count can be increased, by upgrading to the enterprise plan.
I see the message "Multiple admins are not available in free plan" while Managing Network Admins.
In a free plan, there can only be one admin, an additional admin cannot be added. This is the same in both, internal and external networks.
If you want to add more than one admin, you can upgrade to the enterprise plan.
How long can I use free plan?
The free plan can be used for as long as you want to.
What happens to my data if I downgrade from Enterprise plan to a free plan?
All your data remains as it is, but you will not be able to make use of the enterprise features going forward.
