Calendar Interoperability
Calendar Interoperability allows Zoho Calendar users to view the availability of Microsoft Exchange, and Google Calendar users. Using Calendar Interop, Zoho users can check the availability status of Microsoft Exchange and Google Calendar users, and vice-versa. This setup is managed entirely from the Zoho Admin Console and applies across your organization
How does Calendar Interoperability benefit your organization
Once set up, Calendar Interoperability allows your organization to:
- Schedule meetings across supported calendar services without switching between calendars or manually checking availability.
- View free/busy status of Microsoft Exchange or Google Calendar users directly from Zoho Calendar.
- Allow external users on Microsoft Exchange or Google Calendar to view the availability of your Zoho Calendar users.
Prerequisites
Make sure you have the following before starting the setup:
- Admin access on Zoho, and on the external platform (Microsoft Exchange or Google Calendar) you are configuring.
- DNS access if your organization uses a shared domain across platforms and needs to add domain aliases.
- Confirm whether your organization uses the same domain or different domains across platforms. This determines whether Step 2 (adding an email alias) applies to you.
