You’ve already seen how our AI, powered by a Large Language Model (LLM), can make your inbox smarter. But we know that every business has a unique voice and style, and your AI should be able to match it.

That's why we're excited to announce BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) LLM support in Zoho Mail. You can plug in third-party models—like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Cohere—and assign them to specific tasks based on what they do best.
