How delegate signing works in Zoho Sign
Assigning a delegate in Zoho Sign is quick and straightforward. From your dashboard, go to Settings > My Profile > Delegation. Enter the delegate’s name, set the start and end dates (within six months, for up to 30 days), and click Save. Only one active delegate can be assigned at a time, but you can edit or remove a delegate anytime.
Before assigning delegates, make sure delegate signing is enabled in your account settings under Recipient Experience. If it’s not, your account administrator can activate it for you.
