    Yes, Zoho Assist is a pay as you go (monthly or yearly) service. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, all by yourself.

  • Is Zoho Assist secure?

    Yes, it's absolutely secure. All transmissions take place through Industry Standard Security using SSL/128-bit AES encryption protocols. This is the same standard used in Online Banking and Payment transactions.

  • Are you US/EU Safe Harbor Compliant?

    Yes, we are US/EU Safe Harbour Compliant. Zoho complies with the EU Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the Department of Commerce (USA).   • What types of payment do you accept?
