Using Wallet Credits
Log in or sign up
If you're an existing Zoho Assist user, simply log in to your account. If you're new to Zoho, sign up for any product of your choice at zoho.com.Monitor your wallet credits
You can view your available wallet credit balance and usage details from the Credit Dashboard under the Credits Info tab in your Zoho account.Using Zoho Wallet Credits
For a new Zoho Assist purchase: Select Zoho Assist, click Upgrade on the home screen, and proceed to the subscription page to complete your purchase.
For an edition upgrade: Navigate to the Subscription page in Zoho Assist, select the higher edition you want to upgrade to, and continue with the upgrade process.Apply wallet credits
On the subscription page, select the Use my existing wallet credits checkbox to apply eligible wallet credits before completing the checkout.Start using Zoho Assist
Once the payment is completed, your subscription is activated instantly. You can start using Zoho Assist’s remote support and unattended access features right away.
