You can choose to include Spam messages for POP retrieval. Zoho Mail provides you the option to include Spam messages or to retrieve only Ham mails for POP retrieval. If you rely completely on your email client, and when some of the emails which you receive from your known contacts, get classified as Spam due to various reasons, you can inclide Spam mails for POP retrieval.
You can choose to delete emails from Server or leave the messages in Server, when the email downloaded via POP is marked for deletion. When you choose 'Delete emails from Server' in the POP clients, the client marks the email for deletion in the server and removes it from the POP queue. However, in Zoho Mail, you can choose to retain the email in server even if the client marks the email for deletion. The default option is 'Leave messages in server'.
The emails will be deleted from the server only if you choose the option 'Delete mails from server when the POP client issues a delete command'.
You can disable POP access of your account, anytime you choose to stop POP retrieval.
