Representing the entire back end of your email hosting account, IT administrators can easily control the front end and individual user mailbox quota and privileges from within this centralized control center.
In fact, the control panel interface is so intuitive and granular that even an average computer user can comfortably take charge of email administration activities. Hence, if you are an expert, keeping emailing in your business under control becomes simple. Here is a quick look at some of the key (not all) options available in the control panel:
- Domains: Buy a new domain in four steps, add and manage multiple domains, enable and disable mail hosting for each domain. Each domain includes support for unlimited aliases.
- User Details: Keep your user list and their roles intact. Add or delete users, import users from a file or through LDAP and assign roles to each user.
- User Access: Disable or enable access to other apps like calendar, contacts and notes, based on a user's work functions. This improves productivity with access only to applications that are necessary.
- Groups: Improve the level of collaboration between employees. Create and manage groups, assign group moderators, control spam at a group level and do even more with advanced group settings
- Mail Administration: Be in total control of your business mail setup. Define email policies, allocate mailbox quota limits, create vacation mails based on mailbox, control spam using catch-all, block and unblock email accounts.
- Allowed IPs: Define the range of IP addresses you trust to access your business accounts. Further categorize IP ranges based on super administrator, administrator and user roles.
