Conference Passes &
Booth Staff Registration

Registering booth staff:

As an exhibitor, you are entitled to receive some booth staff passes as per your package. Please write to us to receive the promo code to register your staff online.

Zoholics passes for prospects/customers:

If you are an exhibitor, you are entitled to receive discounted Zoholics passes (at $149 per delegate) that can be distributed to your customers/prospects as per your sponsor package. This pass provides access to all conference sessions, exhibit floor and other activities across the event from 28 - 30 Apr 2020.


While you are on-site, you can collect the exhibitor badges from the registration desk.

Please submit your company synopsis 5 days from the date of signing the contract so that the same can be published on our website. Ensure that the description does not exceed 50 words.

We have negotiated a discounted rate at the following Hotels exclusively for Zoholics 2020.

Bag Inserts

If you are entitled to add a bag insert to the delegate kit, please ensure the bag inserts/company literature must be clearly marked "ZOHOLICS 2020 BAG INSERTS" using the shipping label and shipped separately - not with other booth materials.

You can find the dimensions for the bag inserts here.

Once the shipping is done, do share the tracking number with kee@zohocorp.com.

We suggest you ship 2000-2500 bag inserts. Zoho will not be responsible for items which are shipped without the shipping label.

Sponsor Badges

Sponsor badges will be emailed to the exhibitor. You can use them to promote the event.

Shipping & Advance Warehouse

  • Accommodation deadline: 20th Mar, 2020
  • Bag inserts should reach the warehouse by 7th Apr 2020.
  • Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning from Friday, March 27, 2020
  • The material's arriving after April 21, 2020 will be received at the warehouse with an "after the deadline charge."
