Rajendran Dandapani has been a part of Zoho Corp from its founding days in a first-floor 2BHK. So, telling the Zoho Story comes naturally to him.
Starting out as an intrapreneur building software edu-tainment software for Jambav, an informative and fun portal for children with special needs, he dove headlong into mobile development long before the smartphone revolution hit mainstream.
Leading a mobile-first mindset and conceiving Apps and services that echo a strongly-held conviction about "Big Data + Small Apps", he now manages and guides an eclectic mix of developers, artists and visual designers, spearheading Zoho to the forefront of the mobile revolution.
Beyond work, he's a contra-academician at heart. Feeling strongly that the education system in India needs a reboot, he now walks the talk, doing his small bit by 'free-schooling' his 16-year-old son at home.

Bala is a customer support manager and has been with Zoho for the past seven years. During this time, he has been a part of technical support for multiple Zoho products. Initially he was a part of pre-sales support team, but now manages the post-sales technical support. Though primarily a Zoho CRM technical expert, Bala also manages CRM Plus suite support. Additionally, he takes care of the Zoho CRM data migration team, on-boarding customer success team, and the social media support team that responds to customer questions. You may know him as BG in social media, though he prefers to be called OnlyOneBala, The One and Only.
