Accountants can collaborate easily with businesses on Zoho Books. The accountant module enables you to create and automate journal entries, maintain a detailed chart of accounts, set and track budgets, and handle financial adjustments with ease.


Customize your chart of accounts
Add accounts
Add accounts and sub-accounts to track specific transactions and journal entries. Generate reports, and track credits and debits into the account for tailored insights. Also, mark accounts as inactive to prevent inadvertent usage. (Note: Few mandatory accounts like tax accounts cannot be altered.)

Pin accounts to dashboard
Pin any crucial account to the Zoho Books dashboard widget, 'Accounts watchlist,' to view available cash in those accounts at a glance.
