Zoho WorkDrive Integration with Zoho Voice

Integrate Zoho Voice with Zoho WorkDrive to store your organization’s call recordings and voicemails in a centralized and scalable storage system. Using WorkDrive instead of the default storage helps reduce overall storage costs while improving data management.

Within WorkDrive, you can use Zia Hubs to further enhance how these files are handled. Zia Hubs by WorkDrive provides an AI-powered folders where call recordings and voicemails are automatically analyzed and transcribed. You can interact with these audio files by asking questions and receive instant, context-based answers derived from the audio files.

You can choose to store files in a general WorkDrive folder. However, creating folders within Zia Hub is recommended, as it enables content intelligence and allows you to interact with and extract insights from your files.

To ensure uninterrupted access to storage, make sure all users in your Zoho Voice organization have access to the relevant WorkDrive folder.

Note

Only Super admins and admins can configure this integration.

 

Prerequisites

Before integrating Zoho Voice with Zoho WorkDrive, ensure the following requirements are met:

  • A valid Zoho Voice account.

  • A Zoho WorkDrive account with an valid license.

  • A Zoho Voice user (preferably Super Admin) added as a WorkDrive user.

  • (Recommended) Creation of Zia Hubs folders in your WorkDrive account for storing recordings and voicemails.
