Voicemail Drop

The Voicemail Drop feature in Zoho Voice allows agents to leave pre-recorded voicemail messages instead of recording them manually during each outbound call. When a call is directed to voicemail, agents can simply select and drop thier pre-uploaded message, saving time and ensuring consistent, professional communication.

Learn how to upload voicemail drop audio

To drop your voicemail:

  1. In the dial pad, make an outbound call.

  2. When the call is ringing or reaches voicemail, click the VM Drop button on the dial pad.

  3. From the list of uploaded pre-recorded voicemails, select the one you want to drop.
     

    Note

    • Each agent must upload their own voicemail drop file. Admins cannot upload voicemail drops on behalf of agents or other users.
    • For telephony agents, the admin needs to purchase the telephony agent upgrade add-on to grant agents access to upload voicemail drops.
    • Audio files supported are .mp3 and .wav.

     


The chosen voicemail will be dropped into the recipient’s voicemail box, and the call will be terminated.
