Upload Voicemail Drop Audio 

With Zoho Voice you can upload audio files for voicemail drops, enabling agents to leave a ready-made, professional message instead of recording one during each call. This feature helps save time, ensures message consistency, and improves overall productivity.

To upload a voicemail drop audio file:

1. Go to Settings and select the Audio Files module in the left sidebar menu.

2. On the Audio Files page, click the Voicemail Drop tab.

3. Click the Upload Audio button in the top-right corner.

   

4. In the Upload Voicemail Audio prompt:

   • Enter a name for the audio file.

   • Click Choose file, select your audio file, and click Upload.
      

     Note

     • Audio length must be less than 60 seconds.
     • Audio files supported are .mp3 and .wav.

     

The uploaded file will appear on the Voicemail Drop homepage.

• To rename, hover over the desired file and click the edit icon. Make your changes, then click the save icon.

  

• You can download, play, or delete the file using the respective icons.
