My Profile
Zoho Voice offers a dedicated My Profile settings where you can configure personal preferences and customize your user experience. The settings configured here apply only to your account and do not affect other users in the organization.
To set up your profile, navigate to the Settings module and click My Profile.
General settings
Mention the required fields as:
Name: Set your display name.
Email/Phone: Displays your primary email/phone details. This field cannot be edited.
Company: Displays your organization name. This field can be edited only by the super admin.
Language: Select your preferred console language.
Time Zone: Set your preferred console time zone.
Default Country: Select your default country code. This code is automatically applied to outgoing calls made from the dial-pad unless another country code is specified.
Date Format: Set your preferred date format.
Voicemail Greeting: Customize your voicemail greeting for your callers during the business hours. Learn more about voicemail greetings.
Daily Report: Enable this option to receive call statistics for the last 24 hours until the reporting time.
Reporting Time: Specify when the daily report should be sent. The reporting time follows the time zone configured in your profile.
Email Notification: Choose your preferred notification setting for the specified email address. You can opt to receive notifications for all missed calls, only for missed calls with voicemail, or disable notifications entirely.

After configuring your preferences, click Update to save the changes.
