The Call Transcription feature automatically converts recorded calls into plain, readable text using speech recognition technology. It analyzes audio, identifies spoken words, and produces a structured transcript of the conversation.
This capability is supported by both Zoho’s in-house transcription tool and Google’s speech recognition service, ensuring reliable results across different call scenarios.
Beyond transcription, Call Intelligence analyzes conversations to extract meaningful insights. It can detect sentiment, identify customer intent and emotions, and generate a summary of the discussion. The system also provides customer satisfaction, call politeness, and agent handling scores, enabling faster evaluation of call quality and performance.
Pricing
Call transcriptions are billed as individual requests based on channel selected and charged per minute, rounded up, at the following rate:
