Can my customers save their card details in the customer portal?

Yes, It is possible to save card details in the customer portal.

  • For making payments using Credit/Debit card, clients can enter their card number, CVV, expiry date, billing address and the country to make payment
  • They can choose to save their card details and use them while making payments for upcoming invoices.

  • Customers can also choose to pay from a different card.

Note : This option is available ONLY for Recurring Incoices.

That is, in case of individual (non-recurring) invoices, you will have to enter the card details separately, for each invoice payment.
