Why are some of my items synced as Fulfillment by Amazon even after I’ve changed it to Merchant Fulfillment Network in Amazon?

Due to technical limitations, when you change the fulfillment type of an item from Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) in Amazon, the change will not be reflected in Zoho Inventory. To ensure that the fulfillment type changes from MFN to FBA in Zoho Inventory, contact Amazon Seller Central support and request them to remove the FBA mapping for that item.

Once that is done successfully in Amazon, the item will be changed to MFN automatically in the next sync or you can manually sync it to view the change immediately in Zoho Inventory.
