Healthy HR Consultancy Ltd is a UK-based HR consultancy founded by Yasmin Neves in 2017. The company provides people-first HR advice, employee relations support, and leadership training to small and mid-sized businesses.
What started with Neves consulting part-time has evolved into a team of HR professionals trusted by organizations nationwide.
Before implementing Zoho Books, Healthy HR managed its billing and time tracking through Zoho Invoice. The system helped Neves stay organized in the early stages of her business. However, as the company grew and her team expanded, she needed deeper financial visibility, easier bank reconciliation, and a setup that could support multiple users securely.
As she built a team, Neves also needed a way to track time spent on client projects without exposing financial data.
Additionally, financial reporting was manual and time-consuming. “I didn’t have a live system that could show me where the business stood financially. It made forecasting and planning really difficult.”
To streamline her financial operations, Neves upgraded to Zoho Books and integrated it with Zoho Projects, enabling real-time visibility and accurate, data-driven billing.
The Zoho Projects integration also gave the team a structured way to log hours. “The team uses Zoho Projects to track their time, and that information feeds directly into Zoho Books,” she shared. “It gives me a clear picture of how much time is spent on each client and makes billing much easier.”
What’s notable is that Neves set up the system herself without an accountant. “I did it on my own, with no accounting background,” she said. “Zoho Books was intuitive and user-friendly—I just explored it and figured it out. It’s that simple.”
She also noted Zoho’s dependable support. “Customer service with Zoho is always really great,” Neves added. “Whenever we’ve had questions, the team has found a solution quickly.”
Zoho Books has become the financial backbone of Healthy HR Consultancy, helping Neves and her team work smarter and faster.

Healthy HR has also improved transparency with clients. “A client recently asked for a full breakdown of their hours,” Neves recalled. “I ran a report in seconds and sent it to them—they could see exactly where our time went.”
Implementing Books also created greater financial clarity.
“Zoho Books gives me structure and visibility,” she said. “I can make informed decisions about the business instead of guessing. It’s given me complete confidence in how we’re operating.”
Neves plans to continue expanding her Zoho ecosystem to unify all business processes.
“My next step is to move to Zoho Forms,” she said. “It’s a simple switch that will help us bring all our client forms into one place.”
“I’ve also explored Zoho People,” she added. “It’s a bit advanced for our current size, but as we grow, I’ll definitely bring it in. The goal is to have everything connected.”
