File Cache

Your transactional emails may contain attachments and inline images. For adding attachments and inline images to your emails, go to the FIle Cache section in your Mail Agent and upload your files. For every image or attachment you upload, a unique File Cache Key will be generated. You can use the respective File Cache Key in API to attach the files to your emails.

The total email size which includes your email headers, body content, inline images, and attachments should NOT exceed 15MB.

The uploaded files can be stored temporarily or permanently.

  • Temporary Upload - these files will be deleted after a specific duration
  • Permanent Upload - these files will be available permanently in the File Cache

You can configure between Temporary upload and Permanent Upload using the Cache Cleanup toggle button.
