Organization Settings

This section helps you manage settings that are common to your organization. Only the admin of your organization can manage these set-ups.

  1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
  2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  3. Click More Settings.
  4. Click the Organization tab.

Deliverability Settings - This section explains how to ensure uninterrupted deliverability to Zoho TeamInbox.

Migrate emails to Zoho TeamInbox - You can migrate emails from various email providers to Zoho TeamInbox.

Export emails from Zoho TeamInbox - You can export emails from Zoho TeamInbox and download the exported emails as a ZIP of EML files.

Organization member settings - You can add/ remove members and manage the roles of all the members of your organization.

Organization channels - You can manage and create channels for your organization.
