Adding a Customer
Once you are logged in, you will see the Customers tab. In the Customers tab, you will be able to view all your existing customers including the services they subscribed to, user details, plan details, total revenue associated with their account, current status i.e Active or Inactive. You will also be able to view if your customer is paying through their card (CC-customer card) or the partner card (RC-reseller card).
To add a new customer, click the "Add Customer" below the "Customer" tab. In the Add Customer section, you can enter Customer details, and select the service they need to subscribe.
NOTE: You can only add a new customer who is not yet registered with Zoho. If your customer's email address is already registered with Zoho, then you cannot add them using the Add Customer link. Already registered customers can only be added to your partner store through the tagging process, which is explained in this help document.
