For each renewal, you must enter your card details or provide an OTP (additional authentication) to complete the payment. Manual renewal is required in the following countries:

  • India- Non-Recurring
  • Indonesia
  • Netherlands - iDEAL (if mandate not enabled).
  • Brazil - Boleto
  • China - Alipay, Wechat
  • Nigeria & South Africa  - In case if the card provided does not support recurring payments.

Please note that even for an upgrade, card details must be provided in the cases mentioned above.

Preponed Manual Renewal link will be available 3 days before (for monthly subscription) and 15 days before (for yearly subscription).
