  • Do I need to provide my credit card information to start a trial?

    No, we do not ask for your credit card details to start the 15-day trial.

  • What happens to my account after my trial period expires?

    Your account will still exist. Regardless of the plan you sign up for, once your trial period is over, you'll automatically continue under the Free Plan. You can upgrade to a paid plan directly from your dashboard anytime.

  • What's the difference between the Standard, Professional, and Agency plans?

    The Standard Plan is ideal for marketers just starting out, the Professional Plan is for teams that need advanced features, while the Agency Plans are for agencies that manage multiple clients. Check our comparison page for details.

  • What is the difference between being 'billed monthly' and 'billed annually'?

    The pricing for each Zoho Social plan varies when paid monthly or annually. If you want to subscribe to a month-on-month payment cycle, then you'll be billed following our monthly pricing-slabs. However, if you want to subscribe for a year in advance, you would then be billed annually at a discounted cost as displayed on the pricing slabs above.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank or check transfer for yearly subscriptions. For more details, please contact sales@zohocorp.com

  • Is there a discount provided for non-profits?

    Yes, we provide discounts for all registered non-profit organizations. In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we're currently providing a long-term assistance program for all government institutions, non-profits, and NGOs for a period of six months.   • How can I view the pricing plans in my country's currency?

    Our pricing page displays values based on the region you are and the data center you're mapped to. If you're using a VPN, disable it to view the pricing according to your region. If you need further assistance, just drop us a mail to support@zohosocial with your queries.

  • How to avail a refund for my Zoho Social subscription?

    You can avail a refund for your Zoho Social subscription by dropping a note to payments@zohocorp.com or write to us at support@zohosocial.com for additional help that you may need with your refund or account termination.
