Tell us a bit about your organisation.
Widoobiz has two main activities: First, we are a digital marketing agency specialized in content creation (video/webdesign/blog posts), community management and social advertising. Then we handle an online media délicate to Startups & Entrepreneurs. We have a large audience and a great community on the social networks. Oh yes... And we are french! The story of the company started in 2010 at school. We were 4 students at the beginning. Today, we are 20.

I am the CEO of the company.
How important is social media marketing as part of your marketing strategy?
We launched this company without any money. So we had to find smart ways to be known. Social media marketing was the most powerful one. Before launching, we had a community of 10,000 people on Facebook. Today, 30% of our website audience come from the social networks. I remember those days when our coachs told us to work against going on Facebook. We had to justify that it was a real strategy! Now they contract with us to get the same community.
Why did you choose Zoho Social? Which are some of the other tools you considered?
All the other tools we considered missed something. There are some great tools like Tweetdeck, Buffer and Hootsuite, but as a Digital Agency, we have specifics needs and the other tools didn't fulfill our needs.
What did you find the most useful about Zoho Social?
The full customizable report. The capacity to switch easily between brands and great user management.
What are the key challenges that Zoho Social helps you deal with?
Today, we have no additional value by just manage the community and give reports to our customers. Before zoho social it was 70% of our time. Today, thanks to zoho social we can focus on what we are good at: creativity!
