What does Zoomalo do?

Zoomalo is an international moving company based in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and Laredo, Texas that specializes in household moves, logistics, and storage services between Mexico and the USA. A well-established name in the logistics space, Zoomalo boasts 15 years of experience in providing commercial services, mail, and package services, and goods transportation in and out of Mexico and also, to other destinations worldwide.

How does Zoomalo do it?

Customers can fill out an information form to list out and specify the details of their inventory, especially items that require special attention and packing. Specifications such as the size of the packages, the contents and their fragility, extra packing or storage requirements, inter-state or international delivery modes, and other details can be added to the form. Zoomalo then provides an estimate and various moving plans that customers can choose from. This process is essential for Zoomalo's dedicated team of drivers, packers, and movers to help families and businesses relocate with ease.

The Challenge

Signing contracts by hand and scanning them was tedious for Zoomalo before they digitized their process with Docusign, but that solution ultimately didn't suit their needs.

"We used to sign agreements by hand, scan, and email them to clients. This was a cumbersome exercise to do repeatedly. We tried digitizing our signature workflow with Docusign but it didn't work well for us as we wanted to stick with the Zoho ecosystem.
