What are Widgets in SalesIQ?
Widgets are user interfaces that can be built as a part of SalesIQ's platform to display information related to a conversation and do specific actions.
Example:
Say you own an e-commerce store, and you have a lot of customers pouring in throughout the day. In this case, you can ease the support process for your operators by displaying details about each visitor using widgets. You can show details like details about the visitor's membership with your store, loyalty points, other membership details like the last payment date and the next payment date, login ID, payment interval, and so much more. You can also upgrade/downgrade the visitor's plan using custom buttons in the widget.
What are the platforms to build widgets?
There are two platforms to build widgets in SalesIQ,
- Salesiq Scripts
- Form controllers.
