Frequently asked questions.
Can I use my existing Zoho Projects or Zoho Sprints (free or paid) account to access Zoho Projects Plus?
Yes, you will be able to access all the features of Zoho Projects Plus with your existing Zoho Projects or Zoho Sprints account, regardless of the plan you're on.
Can I use my Zoho One (or other Zoho bundles) account to access Zoho Projects Plus?
No, you will not be able to access Zoho Projects Plus with your Zoho bundle account. You would be required to create a new account.
How does the 15-day trial work?
You will be able to sample all our features within the 15-day window, after which you will no longer have access to your Zoho Projects Plus account. However, the free versions of the individual applications can be accessed separately.
What happens when the trial period ends?
After your 15-day trial period ends, a subscription is required to convert your trial account into a permanent account. During the transition, you will retain your data, advanced features, and customizations. If in any case you choose not to subscribe to Zoho Projects Plus after your trial period, you will lose access to your Zoho Projects Plus account. However, you will still be able to access free versions of stand-alone applications, and you can reactivate your account at any time by subscribing to our paid plan.

What types of payment do you accept?

Would I have to provide my payment information upfront?
Not at all. We do not ask for your credit card information when you sign up. You start out with the free plan, and you can choose to stay in it or upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
How does user licensing work? Can I map a specific set of users to select applications within Zoho Projects Plus?
Yes, you will be able to assign specific users to preferred applications within the Zoho Projects Plus portal. However, you would be charged the same price per user per license.
What data sources can I connect to my Zoho Projects Plus account to?
You will be able to connect your Zoho Projects Plus account with our project management suite — Zoho Projects and Zoho Sprints. Should you wish to connect to additional data sources, you can do so at an extra charge of per month or annually.
