Eugene Seah is a renowned coach, speaker, and trainer who leverages on NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) techniques to shift the deepest mindset of his audience, in order to unleash their full potential in their work performance and service towards clients.

In the past few years, he has been featured in multiple media including Lianhe Zaobao, Capital 958, 938 Live, Channel 5, Channel 8, and most recently Sunday Times.

Eugene is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, has travelled to many cities to speak and coach, including Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Dubai, Moscow, and even Pyongyang.

His corporate clients often use words like “inspirational, motivational, insightful, humorous, authentic, touching” to describe his speeches and workshops.

Although his own corporate experience focuses on the finance sector (7 years in SGX, 6 years in investment banking), he has been training professionals in a wide spectrum of sectors since 2014. This includes FMCG, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, education and healthcare.
