  • Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime?

    Yes, Zoho Meeting is a pay as you go (monthly or yearly) service so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal (you must have an account with PayPal). We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer for yearly subscriptions.

  • Is Zoho Meeting secure?

    Yes. It's absolutely secure. All transmissions take place through Industry Standard Security using SSL/128-bit AES encryption protocols. This is the same standard used in Online Banking and Payment transactions.

  • How do I upgrade my Free Edition to a Paid Edition?

    If you have signed up for Free Edition and want to upgrade to Professional Edition, log in to Zoho Meeting, click Subscribe Now link from the Home page and then follow the steps in the Subscription page.
