How to use the Global Search to search across Zoho

Did you know that, you can search across Zoho services, and get results at a glance? 

Just head to the global search icon in the chat bar, provide the search term and hit enter. You can now view the results across all the Zoho Services. The matching contacts, the relevant emails, the shared documents, the connect posts, tickets from Zoho Desk and so on. 
You can quickly switch apps to view just specific results from the app.
