Enable IMAP access for your Zoho Mail account

  1. Login to Zoho Mail
  2. Go to Settings 
  3. Navigate to Mail Accounts and click the respective email address from the left listing.
  4. Under the IMAP section, check the IMAP Access option.​​

 Configure Zoho Mail account as IMAP in Foxmail

  1. Launch the Foxmail application.
  2. Navigate to the menu bar and go to File and click Add Mail Account.
  3. Click Other.
  4. In the Setup Account page, click Advanced.
  5. ​In the Advanced Setup page, type in the following details:
    • ​​Server Type:  IMAP
    • Mail Account: Your complete Zoho account email Address
    • IMAP Server: (Incoming Server)
      • ​imappro.zoho.com - for organization accounts (if your domain is hosted with Zoho). 
      • imap.zoho.com - for personal accounts (if you have a personal @zoho.com account)
      • Port number: 993
    • Username: Your complete Zoho account email Address
    • Password: Your Zoho account's password. (Use Application-specific Password if Two-Factor Authentication is enabled for your account.)
    • SMTP Server: (Outgoing Server) 
      • ​smtppro.zoho.com - for organization accounts (if your domain is hosted with Zoho). 
      • smtp.zoho.com - for personal accounts (if you have a personal @zoho.com account)
      • Port number: 465
    • Username: Your complete Zoho account email Address
    • Password: Your Zoho account's password. (Use Application-specific Password if Two-Factor Authentication is enabled for your account.)
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Click Done.
  8. You have now successfully configured your Zoho email account in Foxmail.
