Reset Password - Admin

The administrator can reset the password of the users in cases where the user has forgotten the password for the account.

  1. Login to mail.zoho.com.
  2. Select Control Panel User Details
  3. Select the user for whom you need to reset the password.
  4. Select 'Reset Password' link to reset the password of the user.
  5. Provide the new password for the user
  6. Provide the Administrator password and select Save

Reset Password - Users

The organization users can reset their password following the instructions.

  1. Login to mail.zoho.com.
  2. Click Settings >> General 
  3. Select 'Change Password' under profile 
  4. Provide the old password and the new password
  5. Click 'Save' to save your preferred password.

Forgot Password - Admin

If an Administrator has forgotten the password to his/her account, other Administrators can be requested to reset the password. It might be safe for Administrators to have other external email addresses linked with their accounts in cases of emergency. In such cases, they can request the password reset link to be sent to their secondary email address and access it from there.

If other organization members forget their password, they can request for the password reset, following which it has to be reset by the Administrator.
