2025 has been a year of new beginnings for Zoho for Healthcare. As our product ecosystem continues to take shape, we've spent the year exploring this market much more closely and understanding the nuances in the healthcare industry. We’ve listened to healthcare professionals and tried to understand the unique requirements and challenges that this industry faces is defined by. This has been a foundational year both in terms of developing our offerings and establishing the direction we’re taking with our healthcare offerings.
Over the past year, we’ve worked on developing solutions that cater to the diverse needs of healthcare practices of all sizes: from clinics and hospitals to healthcare enterprises. Our strategy has continued to evolve, and we’ve gained a much better understanding of the functioning, challenges, and expectations in healthcare practices of all sizes.
Laying the groundwork for what comes next
A key milestone this year was to open our practice management software for early access, giving healthcare providers a chance to try the product with a 15-day trial for a brief period. We used this window to gather feedback from doctors and administrators, and we’re now doing a complete interface redesign to create a much simpler and intuitive interface for better user experience.
We also expanded the visibility for our homecare solution and healthcare CRM, both being vital parts of our healthcare offerings. Healthcare CRM in particular finds great use even for healthcare providers that have an existing HIMS or EHR system in place. This fits the requirement of healthcare enterprises of all sizes.
Towards the end of the year, we began to talk about MedScribe, our AI scribing tool currently in development and gathered early feedback that continues to shape the development of the product.
We engaged with potential customers and industry leaders and fine-tuned our approach to align better with real-world healthcare needs, make it more future-ready, and ready to implement for healthcare providers of all types.
A thought-leadership-first content strategy
This year, our content strategy evolved alongside our products. With many of our solutions still in early access or going through fine tuning, our focus was mainly on thought leadership that brings in the right audience. By writing more about the problems, trends, and opportunities we’re trying to design solutions for, we’ve been able to bring in readers who are searching for ideas that align with what we’re trying to build.
As we move into 2026, this foundation sets up a clear path and shifts naturally to what is next, with more clarity in the direction we’re taking and the products/solutions progressing towards launch. We’ll double down and strengthen our content marketing strategy as we continue to roll out product updates and launches.
Expert perspectives on the future of healthcare technology
To complement the thought-leadership-driven approach this year, we also launched The Healthcare Pod, our expert interview series. We kickstarted this series with Dr. Prantar Chakrabarti, where he shared his perspectives on the evolving role of technology in healthcare delivery.
Similar to how we brought in real-world perspective to the product-building phase, we want bring the same perspective to our thought-leadership initiatives, hearing the perspectives of those who work closely with the challenges we look to solve.
Awards we won
Medgate Awards—Delhi, India

Selected from multiple nominations, Zoho Corporation was recognised as the “Leading company of the year” in Healthcare Technology (IT) at the Medgate Awards.
While awards aren’t the end goal, this recognition helped serve as an encouraging milestone for us to continue building meaningful solutions for healthcare providers.
Understanding the market through engagement
Throughout 2025, we actively participated in healthcare events, predominantly tech-oriented healthcare events with a focus mainly on the India region. The healthcare landscape varies across all countries, especially when it comes to laws about compliance and the extent of adoption of digital adoption.
Each country has their own set of standards in place. While there are some countries that have established compliance laws in place, a lot of other countries are still in the process of setting up standards for managing healthcare data. The ABDM standards in India, for example, is still evolving and many of the practices are in the process of their digital transformation journey.
This made attending events in the country important to understand real-world workflows, general expectations, and the day-to-day challenges that healthcare providers face. Interactions with decision makers, hospital administrators, and health practitioners helped us gain insights to shape the direction of our products and our market approach in general. What's coming in 2026
The work done in 2025 sets the foundation for a more focused 2026. As our healthcare offerings continue to mature and strengthen, the year ahead will be about adding depth and stability to our platform and enhancing the way healthcare providers experience Zoho for Healthcare.
From advancing our AI scribing product and aligning with national digital health initiatives, to refining our practice management software and expanding the flexibility of our healthcare CRM and homecare solution, the direction ahead is clear. As these offerings continue to mature and evolve, we’ll continue to focus more on usability and solving providers’ real-world problems.
India will continue to remain the primary focus in 2026. We’re planning to expand our attention to some of the markets in Southeast Asia where healthcare policies are evolving and still taking shape. These regions present a major opportunity to apply our learnings and adapt our solutions to healthcare ecosystems at similar stages of digital adoption. The road ahead looks encouraging, and we remain focused on building solutions that aid healthcare providers to deliver better care every day.
