Three years back on Sep 15th, we launched out first application Zoho Writer. Since then, as you notice, lot has changed in Zoho. We have added 17 other applications, 4 utilities and many add-ons. Most important of all, we now have over 1 Million users using our applications.
What makes Zoho unique is the broad set of applications we offer. The real power of these suite of apps will be in display when the applications are integrated with each other. Integration between apps will continue to be the focus for the next year apart from enhancements to the existing ones.
On this occasion, I'd like to take a moment to thank all our users for supporting us during this marathon.

Congratulations on Three Years! You guys are doing great and your web services are real game changers.
The next year is going be interesting as I expect we'll see a large uptick in the use of web applications and Zoho is likely to be in the forefront since you have such a complete suite. Keep slugging it out with Google.

I think the applications have made huge strides in the three years, both in terms of features and speed.Personally I think that the new dashboard ("Zoho Docs") is secretly a major step forward! It points the way to abandoning the traditional desktop model of applications in favour of an almost seamless docucentric model, where the "applications" become tools that I can use as I need to.One of the tightropes that Zoho has had to walk is dealing with two sets of customers with different sets of expectations. The first group use Zoho to write and store material which they then format and print out, or send to each other as attachments. The second group see Zoho as an opportunity to throw away their printers and keep everything online all the time.Hopefully the second group gradually come to dominate, because it is then, I think, that Zoho can really play to its strengths as the best purveyor of a new cloud-based way of creating, storing and distributing material.Keep it up!
