At our most recent regional user conferences — Zoholics A/NZ in Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne — we announced the big news: We at Zoho have opened our first two Australian data centres located in Sydney and Melbourne! These new facilities are joining the ranks of our 6 other global data centres located all across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Serving A/NZ data from Australian data centres ensures your information is securely stored locally, it also enables faster access times and full GDPR compliance — the most stringent data protection and privacy standard in the world!
Businesses all across the region have trusted us to protect their data, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. That's why we're working with Equinix — the world's largest INX data centre and co-location provider — to assist us in establishing our Sydney and Melbourne data centres.
With these data centres, the launch of our new Australian website, zoho.com.au, and a growing local presence, we're forging ahead on our A/NZ journey. This multi-million dollar investment is just one part of how we plan to provide all of our customers — from SMB to enterprise — with even better access to our cloud software.
