Set variable
Set variable allows you to create a variable and assign it to a predefined value or the result of a formula.
- When you drag and drop Set Variable onto the builder, a dialog appears. Enter the name of the variable to create. Remember that:
- All names must start with a letter. Variable names can contain alphanumeric characters and underscores.
- Other characters, such as spaces, will not be accepted. Names must be unique to avoid naming clashes.
- If you use the same variable name for multiple actions, the result of the action executed last will be stored in the variable.
- Use the value field to provide the syntax for the operation you wish to perform or assign a static value to the variable.
NOTE: Values within ${ } are considered variables.
