You understand and agree that:
- Only Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as defined under the Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 are eligible to participate in this Program. Additionally, you must register for the Program through the unique sign-up link provided to our authorized partners listed here. Registrations submitted through any other channel or link will be invalid.
- When you participate in this Program, you will receive non-transferable, not-redeemable-for-cash wallet credits ("Credits"). Credits are valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of issue.
- You are allowed to participate in the Program and avail Credits only once. You are not eligible to participate in the Program if you have already received Credits/discounts through a different Zoho program, including but not limited to the Zoho for Startups and Zoho for NPOs.
- You understand that issuance of Credits does not mean Zoho has confirmed your eligibility for the Program. Zoho may disqualify you and revoke issued Credits at any time if we discover that you are ineligible, or have provided false or misleading information. Zoho may also reject or revoke participation at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without cause and without prior notice.
- Credits cannot be availed for all Zoho services. Only the services listed in the sign-up page are participating in the Program ("Participating Services"). Credits may be applied only towards fees for Participating Services (individual or bundled). Credits are subject to limitations imposed on "Promotional Credits" under the Wallet Credit Terms. Where the limitations applicable for Promotional Credits conflict with these Terms, these Terms will prevail.
- Credits cannot be used to purchase subscriptions to Vani, Vikra, Qntrl, TrainerCentral or Ulaa Browser. Credits cannot be used to purchase in-app subscriptions to Zoho Services via App Store or Play Store.
- You will be eligible for refunds in accordance with Zoho’s refund policy only for the portion of a transaction for which Credits are not utilized (i.e., amounts covered by Credits are not refundable). Unused Credits become inaccessible and are permanently forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be reinstated or transferred, including to a new account using the same email. Zoho shall not reimburse you for credits once redeemed even if you: (i) reduce the number of licenses purchased, or (ii) cancel or downgrade any subscriptions.
- Zoho will collect information about you and your organization such as your name, contact information, your organization's legal name and address, and partner information in order to confirm your enrollment with our partners. We will process such information in accordance with Parts 1 and 3 of Zoho Privacy Policy.
- Zoho reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program and take appropriate action, including the forfeiture of the Credits made available to you in the event Zoho reasonably suspects or determines your non-compliance with these Terms or any terms applicable to your use of the Participating Services. Additionally, Zoho reserves the right to disqualify you from participating in other Zoho Programs including but not limited to Zoho for Startups and Zoho for Non-Profits if we terminate your participation in the Program in accordance with this section.
- Zoho is not liable for any damages (whether direct or indirect) arising out of or in connection with this Program, even if Zoho has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- You are solely responsible for any claims from third parties, including tax authorities, arising from your use of the Credits.
- Zoho may modify the Program (including the value of Credits, eligible regions, or Participating Services), suspend the Program, or end the Program at any time without any prior notice or liability to you. Changes will not affect Credits already issued.
- Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and will be settled and adjudicated by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai.
- Zoho reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time and without any notice. Modifications to the Terms are effective upon publication of such terms.
- Zoho may at its discretion amend the list of products that can be purchased through credits. Such changes will become effective on publication.
