Businesses that use Excel sheets to maintain invoice records can upload them to the IRP and generate an IRN for their invoices through the Zoho E-Invoice web app. All you have to do is import your invoice information in CSV, TSV, or XLS format, and our software takes care of the rest.
Alternatively, businesses that use Tally or other ERPs including SAP can automate the entire process of generating e-invoices by connecting to the IRP through our APIs.
Take a look at our API documentation.

Zoho E-Invoice protects your data with 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures that your data is only communicated between you and our servers, no third-parties.
Sensitive information requires every level of protection it can get. Zoho E-Invoice employs two-factor authentication to provide an extra layer of security against threats and unauthorized access.
From 1 August, 2023, e-invoicing will be mandatory for businesses and taxpayers making B2B and B2G transactions, whose turnover is ₹5 crore and above.
Based on the latest updates on the proposed system, the IRP will be validating and digitally signing the e‑invoice. It will then generate a unique Invoice Reference Number (IRN) and a QR code before returning the e‑invoice to the creator.
