Founded in 2019, The Men's Table aims to create a unique environment where men can speak openly about their lives, challenges, highs, and lows with a trusted group of peers. By conducting casual in-person meetups, The Men's Table fosters a sense of belonging, community, peer support, and camaraderie that many men in society often lack. Operating across Australia The Men's Table has built a strong network of support for men, and has plans to expand their Tables to help as many people as they can.
The challenge
Initially, The Men's Table managed all their business data using spreadsheets. However, as the program gained popularity and more men joined, the volume of data grew exponentially. Managing, updating, tracking, and analysing this data became increasingly difficult and cumbersome. Additionally, monitoring the grants received from the government and other funders was challenging. Given the sensitivity of the personal data they handled, it was crucial to adopt a reliable CRM system that ensured data confidentiality and efficient operations.
