Understand connections
Connections enable you to integrate your Zoho Creator application with various cloud services such as Quickbooks, Salesforce, Twilio, etc. In Zoho Creator, there are two types of connections:
User connections - User connections are those which are manually created by users to connect external services. These connections are authorized at the same time when the connection is created.
System connections - System connections are those that are created by default when integration actions are defined by the user. For example when you write an integration task without the connection param, a system connection gets created for the service you are trying to link. Though system connections get created by default, they require authorization from super admins, admins, or developers to link them to the desired service.
