Manage your customer relations right from within Cliq

Salesforce is an online tool that helps businesses manage their customer information. By integrating your Salesforce with Cliq, your team can get daily updates and weekly reports right inside Cliq channels.

Salesforce in Cliq 

The Salesforce integration in Cliq offers, 

  • Salesforce Bot - A chat bot wherein you can create tasks, opportunities, and also configure notifications and reports. 
  • Add Task message action - This action helps to convert your message into tasks. 
  • Salesforce Widget - A tab wherein you can view details of leads, contacts, tasks, and opportunities. 

Installation

You can install the integration from Cliq Marketplace or by clicking on the button below.

Install in my Cliq

When you install, you will get an authorization popup to integrate with your Salesforce account. 

Note: Only org admins can install an integration for the entire organization, whereas users can install only for their team.

After installation, to use the bot's services, you must subscribe to the bot.

  • Click on the + of Bots in the left sidebar.
  • In the popup that appears, look for Salesforce Bot and Subscribe to it.

When subscribing to the bot, you will get a consents dialog requesting permission to access your details. This consents box is to ensure privacy by letting you know how your data will be handled. To know more, check out the related link at the bottom of this page. 

Daily updates and weekly reports

The Salesforce Bot brings in daily personal updates and a weekly team report.

Personal Notifications

  • Open the Salesforce bot and click on Configure menu.
  • In the card that appears, select the updates you need:
    • Open leads and cases
    • Today's tasks and events
  • After enabling the updates, the bot will bring you the details of your tasks, events, leads, and cases, every morning at 9 am.
    Note: This is a personal notification and will be posted only in your Salesforce Bot.

Weekly Team Report

  • In the Salesforce Bot, click on the menu Configure.
  • In the card that appears, under Weekly Channel Report select a channel where you want the reports to be posted in.
  • The weekly report will be posted every Monday 8 am in the selected channel. The report will contain the stats of previous week's opportunities won & lost, and cases closed & won of all agents.
    Note: Only admins can configure weekly report in channel.

Create Tasks and Opportunities

You can directly create tasks and opportunities in Salesforce from Cliq! Open the Salesforce Bot and click on the menu Create > Select Tasks/Opportunities. In the form that appears fill in all the details and create them.

Hint: You can also convert messages into tasks! Just hover on a message, click on Actions (3 dots) > More > Add Task via Salesforce and convert the message into a task.

View Contacts, Tasks, Leads, ...

You can view all the details of Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Tasks, straight from your Salesforce account in Cliq. In the lhs, under the Widgets menu click on Salesforce. This will open the Salesforce widget on entire screen with Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Tasks.
