  • What types of autoresponders have been deprecated in autoresponders?

    Signup based autoresponders, Closed group autoresponders, Calendar based autoresponders, Email action based autoresponders, Cyclic autoresponders and Smart series autoresponders.

  • What are the alternate solutions for these features in Zoho Campaigns?

  • How will I send emails in periodic intervals without the cyclic autoresponder?

    This feature is being removed for now. Our development team is reworking on this feature and will be opened out for all users after development. If you have a specific request regarding this feature please contact support@zohocampaigns.com

  • What will happen to my currently activated autoresponder emails now that the feature is not available in Zoho Campaigns?

    You will be able to edit your autoresponders that are set to be sent out but you will not be able to clone them or create new autoresponders.

  • Will I be able to create any new autoresponders?

    You will be able to create only a date-field autoresponder series for contacts.

  • Will I be able to edit my existing active autoresponders?

    Yes. You can edit your active autoresponders but you will not be able to clone them.

  • Can I view reports of the autoresponder series that have been sent to contacts?

    Yes. Reports for all autoresponder series will be available in the Reports module until June 30,2021 after which they will not be available in the product. You can choose to download the reports for future reference or export the reports to an external source.

  • If I have an autoresponder set that continues beyond June 30, what should I do?

    We recommend migrating your autoresponder to workflows as not to interrupt your email sending flow. Our team can help you achieve this seamlessly. Please contact support@zohocampaigns.com for further assistance. 

Workflows

  • What are the components being removed from workflows?

    Reminder loop, Send SMS, Send survey, End of workflow actions, Three-way condition and Move to end of workflow.

  • Why are these components being removed?

    These features are redundant and can be achieved through other components in workflows. Click here to learn more on how to replicate the functionalities of these components in workflows.

  • Why is the SMS email component being removed from Workflows and how can I achieve this in Zoho Campaigns?

    Technically, Zoho Campaigns is an email service provider which provides various services for contacts to send out emails and not SMS. Therefore it has been removed. You will not be able to create new SMS email actions in workflows from Zoho Campaigns after it has been deprecated from the product.

    Our plan is to technically shape Zoho Campaigns solely for email marketing purposes. Hence we have removed SMS campaigns and retained those features that would make your email marketing journey smoother. You will not be able to create new SMS email actions in workflows after it has been deprecated from Zoho Campaigns.

  • What happens to my current active SMS emails that are part of my workflows?

    You can only edit your SMS email actions until June 30, 2021 after which this feature will not be available in the workflow module. 

  • Will I be able to create new SMS email actions in workflows?

    No. You cannot create new SMS email actions in workflows after it has been deprecated from Zoho Campaigns. If you are in need of creating SMS emails we recommend that you migrate to Zoho Marketing Automation. Our team will help you migrate your date to Zoho Makreting Automation without any hassle. SMS Campaigns

  • When is the SMS campaigns feature removed from Zoho Campaigns? Why is it being removed?

    Zoho Campaigns has taken a stand to focus on email marketing exclusively and thus SMS campaigns will not be a part of Zoho Campaigns from June 30, 2021. You can run view reports of the same until then.

  • What is the alternative to send SMS campaigns after June 30?

    We recommend that you use Zoho Marketing Automation to send out any new SMS campaigns. Our team will help you migrate your data from Zoho Campaigns to Zoho Marketing Automation. You need not worry! Please contact support@zohocampaigns for any further clarification.

  • What will happen to my scheduled SMS campaigns?

    You will not be able to create new SMS campaigns from June 30, 2021. However, the ones that are scheduled before June 30, 2021 will be sent out. You can feel free to edit them as well.

  • Can we access all the existing SMS gateways in Zoho Marketing Automation?

    Yes, you can access all the SMS gateways in Zoho Marketing Automation.

  • I've scheduled an SMS campaign to start after June 30. Will the migration to Zoho Marketing Automation be automatically take care of this activation part?

    All your previous data in SMS campaign will be migrated to Zoho Marketing Automation. The campaigns that are pre-scheduled to be sent on June 30, 2021 will be sent from Zoho Campaigns. However, if you want to edit or modify or verify your SMS campaigns after the said date, you should migrate those campaigns to Zoho Marketing Automation and take it from there.

  • Will there be the changes in pricing given the removal of SMS campaigns?

Social Campaigns

  • What will happen to my currently activated social campaigns?

    The activated social campaigns will be running till June 30, 2021. However, you won't be able to create new social campaigns from March 24, 2021.

  • Does removal of social campaigns impact all the platforms - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook?

    Yes, removal of social campaigns will impact all the platforms.

  • What is the alternate solution for social campaigns?

    We recommend Zoho Social as the best alternative for you to send Social campaigns. Our team is also working on a tight integration between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Social. If you are user of social campaigns and have any clarification, please contact support@zohocampaigns.com

  • Will I be able to edit Social campaigns I have already created?

    No, you will not be able to create new Social campaigns after March 24, 2021. However, you can edit the Social campaigns that are scheduled before June 30, 2021.  In case of any further queries or assistance, contact support@zohocampaigns.com.

  • What will happen to my scheduled Social campaigns?

    You will not be able to create new Social campaigns from March 24, 2021.  However, the ones that are scheduled before June 30, 2021 will be sent out. You can feel free to edit them as well.

Email Campaigns

  • Why is the automatic promotion of email campaign on social media getting removed?

    All the social media integrations will be removed and hence the option to auto-promote email campaigns on social media is removed. However, you can still manually share the email campaigns on various social platforms.

  • What happens to currently scheduled coupon campaigns?

    You can run the scheduled coupon campaign till June 30, 2021.

  • What is the alternate solution if I need to create a new coupon campaign?

    This feature is being removed for now. Our development team is reworking this feature and will be opened out for all users after development. If you have a specific request regarding this feature please contact support@zohocampaigns.com.

  • What is the alternate solution for chain and child campaigns?

    You can achieve the same solutions by setting up workflows in Zoho Campaigns. Our team will keep you posted and guide you through how you can achieve in workflows. Appreciate your patience as we update you on this.

  • What will happen to the chain and child campaigns I have set beyond March 24, 2021? Would they be automatically moved to workflows?

    They will continue to run. However, you cannot create any new chain/child campaign anymore.

  • What will happen to my currently scheduled child or chain campaign?

    You can run the scheduled campaigns till June 30, 2021.

Integrations

  • Why are we removing certain existing integrations?

    Zoho Campaigns has taken a stand to focus on email marketing exclusively. As a result, certain integrations are removed from the product for new users. However, existing users can access these integrations until June 30, 2021 and they can make use of the following alternatives in the future,

    • We will be removing Google Contacts, MS 365 contacts sync, Paypal and Unbounce integrations. You can still import contacts from these products by manually uploading the contacts using Import from File option.
    • All the SMS campaigns related integrations will be removed and however, you can use Zoho Marketing Automation for the same. Contact migration (recipients of the SMS campaign) will be taken care at the backend by our team.
    • All the Social campaigns related integrations will be removed. We recommend that you use Zoho Social for sending out social campaigns. Contact migration (recipients of the Social campaign) will be taken care at the backend by our team.
  • What will happen to existing syncs associated with these integrations?

     The existing sync will be functioning as usual until June 30, 2021. The syncs will be removed after the said date but the contacts imported using the sync will remain in the account.

  • Will the contacts imported from these integrations be removed?

    The contacts imported before the update will remain in the org's contact. Anyhow, if you want to import contacts post update you have to import from file.

Library

  • Why are we removing Form and Workflow templates from Library?

    We are removing Form and Workflow templates from the Library and relocating them to Signup Forms and Workflow modules respectively. This is done to reduce navigation and save time, thereby making it more efficient for you.

  • Where will the saved templates be if they're removed from Library?

    We are removing Form and Workflow templates from the Library and relocating them to Signup Forms and Workflow modules respectively. So, you can view the saved templates and save new templates in the respective modules.

Settings

  • Why is Content Approval feature removed?

    We are working on a better and efficient version of Content Approval feature, which is why we're removing this feature temporarily.

  • Where should I set password if I have to export files?

    You can set a password for file export while exporting the file. This way you can set different passwords for specific files according to your convenience. We are removing the default password option to enhance security.
